Charlotte Hughes Makeup was founded in 2017 by a 24 year old Charlotte.

Charlotte has always had a passion for makeup; it all started with the dreaded glittery blue shadow at around 10 years old - thankfully she has outgrown that and now works with the highest quality brands available in today's market such as MAC, NARS, illamasqua, Morphe, Urban Decay and much more.

After qualifying with a Level 3 VTCT in makeup artistry and applying for Public liability insurance; she decided to start her own business.

Charlotte is a very versatile artist and can complete any look you require whether that be soft and natural or heavy party glam.

Charlotte is qualified in many aspects of makeup but specializes in Bridal, special occasion and party makeup.
​
Charlotte is salon based which makes it easier for clients to get the full package including hair; however she can be mobile for wedding parties.
